FAQs

SHIPPING POLICY
We offer FREE shipping for all orders within the United States (Alaska, Hawaii, and APO’s are included). We ship First Class whenever possible and USPS Priority otherwise. Tracking will not be available for all orders. If you would like to pay for an item to be upgraded to faster shipping, that option will be given at check out. Orders with the same shipping address may be combined to save on shipping costs. Orders are generally processed and shipped within 48 business hours, though we always strive to ship the same day. Please make sure your "ship to" address is accurate. If an incorrect address is given and the package gets returned, the customer will be charged to reship. If the package gets lost or stolen, Bohemian Baby is not liable for replacement. Per Paypal TOS, we can only ship to your Paypal address.

Tula, Hemp Babies, bumGenius, Cottonbabies, JuJuBe, and GroVia cannot be shipped anywhere outside of the United States.
PRIVACY & INFORMATION COLLECTION, USE, AND SHARING
When registering or ordering from our site, a user is required to give certain information (such as name, email address, and shipping address) and financial information for purchases (like credit card number, expiration date). This information is used for billing purposes only and to fill your orders. If we have trouble processing an order, we'll use this information to contact you. 

We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We only have access to information that you voluntarily  give us via email or through direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone, including any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request, e.g. to ship an order. 

If you sign up for the newsletter, we may contact you via email in the future to tell you about specials, new products or services.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
New/unwashed items in the original packaging may be returned for credit/refund 30 days from the date of the purchase with receipt. All used and clearance items are final sale. Due to liability reasons, creams/lotions, edible items, menstrual products, and personal care items including panties are also final sale. If you receive a free item based on a value and your return causes you to fall below that value, the free item must be returned in new with tags condition, or the full value will be deducted from your return amount.  Refunds/store credit will be for the amount paid for the order after any discounts. If you received free shipping, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your total if your return brings your total below $35.  “High demand” items such as Tula or Ju-Ju-Be initial releases may incur a restocking fee. If so, this will be stated in the item description at the time of purchase. If you need to return an item please contact us at orders@bohemianbabyboutique.com
Cake Maternity Bras may only be returned or exchanged if they were purchased AFTER a consultation with a staff member from Bohemian Baby in which the recommended size was purchased. If, after purchase, the bras do not fit to your satisfaction, they may be exchanged for the correct size within 30 days of purchase. Bra must still be new with tags. If a bra was bought without a consultation, those sales are final and a refund/exchange will not be provided. To schedule a consultation, please email Leah at leah@bohemianbabyboutique.com. All panty sales are final and do not qualify for a return or exchange. 
Please be advised that we can only honor returns, exchanges, and replacements with the original customer/recipient. If you are using a "fairy" or forwarding service, they will need to work with us themselves or shipping fees may be applied when necessary. Please be sure to mention any change of address issues in any initial communications to ensure additional delays and fees are not incurred. 
Items purchased on clearance are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged. 
ORDER CANCELATIONS 
If you would like to cancel your order, please PM the main store page. Email requests will be honored if seen before shipping, but cannot be guaranteed unless you call as our shipping team works overnight to guarantee the fastest shipping possible. Once your shipping label is printed, the order cannot be canceled. “High demand” items such as Tula or Ju-Ju-Be exclusive initial releases may incur a restocking fee. If so, this will be stated in the item description at the time of purchase. 
MANUFACTURER DEFECTS
Manufacturer defects are errors that happened to a product during the manufacturing process. Typically, manufacturers have you contact them directly in these cases. Please contact us for the manufacturer’s information or if you have any questions about the process.
