Q: What is “Hassle-Free Packaging”?
A: “Hassle-Free Packaging” is when the excess packaging of a product will be removed for shipping. So, if you product is in a box, the item may be removed from a box and is open and ready to go as soon as it arrives! But don’t worry, these are brand new products (unless ordering Final Sale or Consignment products) and will always include applicable instructions. 

Q: What is the benefit of doing “Hassle-Free Packaging”?
A: One benefit is that we deal with the waste product and recycle the boxes & packaging. Additionally, by eliminating the excess packaging, we are able to use less packaging material. Again, better for the environment. Another benefit is that whenever this packaging option is utilized, the customer will receive 10 bonus reward points! This can really add up!  

Q: I chose “Hassle-Free Packing” but didn’t receive bonus rewards?
A: If you select “Hassle-Free Packaging” but your order didn’t allow for us to utilize this packaging method then reward points will not be awarded. This applies mostly to products that are not in boxes or where removing them from boxes would jeopardize shipping your items safely. If we did remove the packaging and you didn’t receive your points, please Private Message the main Facebook page at https://www.facebook.com/Fluffnstuffknox/ or email orders@bohemianbabyboutique.com.  

Q: I didn’t receive tracking for my order?
A: While offering free shipping, we will chose the cheapest method of shipping. In some cases, this may mean that tracking will not be provided. If you require tracking for your order, it is recommended to pay to upgrade to priority or priority express shipping for the amount calculated at check-out. 

Q: How soon should I expect my order to ship?
A: We typically ship within 48 hours of your order being placed. While we typically strive to ship orders faster than that (and our customers have gotten used to this), anything within 48 hours is within our guaranteed window. If you need your order shipped faster, you can leave us a note or send us a Private Message on our main Facebook page. You can also pay to upgrade your shipping if you need your order faster.  

Q: I’m impatient and want to pick up my order in-store! can I do that?
A: YES! Absolutely! Just select “In Store Pick-Up” as your shipping method and we will have your order ready for in-store pick up within 48 hours. Please wait for a call from us when your order is ready!

Q: My order is for a friend...do you offer gift wrapping?
A: Yes we do! During check-out, when choosing your shipping method, you will see an option for Gift Wrapping. It cost $3.49 and we also provide a card. Be sure to tell us what the occasion is in the comments of your order so it can all be just right!
